How much is postage?
Postage is calculated at the checkout according to the weight and size of the product(s) you ordered.
What delivery options are available?
We offer local delivery to customers whose physical shipping address is located within postcodes: 2450, 2452, 2456, 2454, and 2453. Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery and are unable to deliver products to non-physical addresses including PO boxes.
When should my order arrive?
We use Australia Post to ship our products. Products are posted within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed. Please allow up to 14 days from the date you placed your order to receive your product/s. Should you have not received your item/s by then, please contact us so we can follow up on your missing product(s).
Please Note: large or bulk items may need to be shipped through a different courier service. This should not affect your estimated time of arrival. However, should you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via the form below.
Refunds & Returns
If for whatever reason, within 30 days of delivery of your product(s), you are not satisfied with your product(s), you may return the product(s) for a full refund. In order to receive a full refund, all products returned to us must be received in the same condition as you received it. Please contact us with your order confirmation number and list the item(s) you wish to return, and return the item to:

You will be responsible for return shipping fees and misplaced packages, therefore we strongly recommend using tracking numbers and postal insurance to ensure your product is returned to us safely.
What if my item arrived broken or damaged?
We provide full refunds or replacements for broken or damaged product(s), dependent on what you prefer. If your product arrived damaged, please contact us to arrange your refund or replacement.

Accepted payment methods are specified on the electronic order form on our website. When you place an online order, you are making an offer to purchase product(s) or services. Email order confirmations do not constitute the acceptance of an order and may be accepted or rejected at any time. If your order is cancelled, we will send you an email notification and provide you with a full refund within five business days.
